The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a wonderful area, not far from the city centre and the ferry and the island in the river Rhone. Lovely and perfect location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful, they even gave us some great recommendations during our stay, and our room had a lovely balcony to enjoy.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. It's a short 3-minute drive to a free car park with a shuttle bus into Avignon. the restaurant at the hotel had excellent service and the prices were affordable. Our room was spacious and had its own private patio on the ground level.

I had a fantastic stay at De L'Ile in Avignon. the location was very convenient, with both Avignon and Villeneuve easily accessible, even by foot. the hotel's rural setting provided a peaceful atmosphere, and I loved the balcony overlooking the Rhône. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. the highlight for me was dining at the Bistro de L’ile, located right next to the hotel. The food was delicious and the staff were great. cons: Nothing it was perfect 😊.

I did find it slightly inconvenient that the hotel did not accept card payments, and only cash was accepted.
